Cafe Racer Motorcycle Gloves

Cafe racer gloves are probably the most recognizable of all racing gloves. They have their roots in the early ’80s and were originally designed to help people on a bicycle do tricks and race each other. These gloves were originally called the Spinning Gloves but quickly became known as the Cafe Racer Motorcycle Gloves because they were so well crafted and stylish. Today, Cafe Racer Motorcycle Gloves still have that same high-end style and classic touch, but they are also used extensively by race car drivers and motorcycling fans. Cafe Racer gloves have such a unique look that they can be worn both for racing and for regular finger physical activity.

Cafe racer motorcycle gloves are made of incredibly durable leather for durability and an ergonomic fit. Although they look very similar to regular riding gloves, they actually have several unique features. Cafe racer gloves are larger than regular gloves, with long thin fingers allowing you to grip the handlebars much more tightly. The padding in the palms is specifically designed to keep your hands warm during your ride, preventing them from getting cold. This is a huge benefit when riding for any amount of time, especially in warm climates.

The fingers themselves are really the defining characteristic of a cafe racer glove. They are made out of elastic, and they come in two basic styles: full finger or half finger. Full finger gloves are designed to give the rider more flexibility, allowing for increased control and movement. Half-finger gloves are designed to keep the hands warm while keeping the thumb to the pinky. Many riders who like to rip off their gloves prefer the half-finger style.

Cafe racer motorcycle gloves are available in two different sizes. Regular gloves range up to four inches in height, while the larger sizes are available up to ten inches in length. Cafe racer gloves are made of such high-quality leather, which makes them strong enough to withstand a good deal of abuse. However, many motorcycle gloves, such as the ones found in some race shops, have only a few layers of leather, and this can lead to some tearing of the stitches.

Cafe racer gloves are usually either made from cowhide or a similar hide that is used for sports like hunting. There is also another leather style called “Buckland” that has a lot of character. The texture and markings of these two hides add a unique look to each pair of gloves. Many companies make Cafe racer gloves, including Finger Joints, Kustomsports, Fast Gear, and Ironman, so you have a wide variety to choose from.

Cafe racer gloves come in a variety of colors including black, brown, and cream. The fingers themselves will either be lined with soft leather or have large grooves for gripping purposes. Many motorcycle gloves will feature finger holes to allow for the movement of the fingers, but some manufacturers have no such options. For this reason, it’s always a good idea to read the instructions that come with your new motorcycle gloves before using them on your bike.
